doesn\'t look good, seems no approval since april 15th... only hope vsc has mercy on us, we hit frozen period in 140, at the time we filed 485 vsc had mail room problem and waited more than 2 months to get a piece of receipt.... and now.. where is the endless waiting....
 
Same is the case with all Service centers.

Due to bullsh..t plan, who INS of the country died and cannot able to handle a single case from April 16th onwards. Don\'t know how far this will be like this.

Looks like the restructuring shit has put INS into limbo. On May 2nd Congress takes up a bill to abolish INS. I guess the guys at INS are today more bothered about their future than about stupid 485 cases which can wait forever. I don\'t know where we are headed in the midst of all this crap.

but that doesn\'t mean that all our applications go in hell !! right ?
if they abolish INS there will be something equivalent of INS that will take over .......i hope that won\'t delay our 485 processing.
