VSC seems to be the only center sending RFE

VSC seems to be the only center sending RFE, how come I don\'t see other centers sending RFE for each and EVERY application? After painful agonizing wait from Department of Labor for almost three years (not to mention the bureaucracy from employers and job related stress) we have to be stuck waiting again to adjust status. I dream about the old days back home where you find someone who knows someone who knows someone.....to get your things done. Can someone tell me where I can find that someone....I think I am dreaming.
Are you all as frustrated as I am?
