Monica: RFE means Request For Evidence. After INS reviews your I-140 application, if more information is needed from you like Educational Evaluation, Experience Letters, W2s, your company financial situation etc, that is when RFE will be sent to your lawyer.

Thanks. Then what was the query? Did you submit expereince letters in different formats with RFE reply?
I also submitted Exp letters with I-140 application. VSC issued RFE for Porg exp. I replied with detailed projectwise/ yearwise exp letters alongwith expert opinion. Still waiting to hear.
