VSC requires reference for all lucent employee

My ND is Oct. 2000, I am waiting for my 485 approval. My lawyer told
me that he heard VSC require reference letter for all Lucent employees.
Anyone over there could share your experience?

What reference letter...

My ND is Oct 2000 also and still waiting. All other lucent employees
i know before Oct 2000 ND bot approved without any problem.
What kind of reference letter you are talking about. Is it a new
development. Are you talking about RFE.
