I use POJ method to call Vermont service. Before I was lucky and have people who tell me that we stack on FBI name check. Today I try to call twice, everytime same woman pick it up and yell at me why did I call Vermont and not national. She gave me a lecture how to call them and told me that she doesn't see any problem why I need to call Vermont. She didn't avan looked at my file... Please tell me what you usually say Rep. to share info with you????
