No improvement for 485, though EAD's are current versus CSC's 5 months delay.

Might I point out, there are people who filed in December 2001, @ VSC, they are getting approvals.

CSC sucks.
 
This is very very very...................... frustrating. This makes me sick. When will INS really start processing the cases(Million dollar question huh)?? Is there anyone who is tracking for 01 cases and any activity there atleast?

Probably CSC may ease out!!!

Folks I talked to IIO today and she acknowledged that the freeze has been lifted but there is a huge backlog.

So CSC has started processing EAD's first as they want to clear that backlog first but 485 adjudications are going to be slow and it may take a month or more to clear the backlog.

I do not know how much to trust this IIO... Seems like only when approvals start happening whether for EAD or 485, only then we folks will believe..

till then chill out..:)
 
She said a month to clear the 485 backlog?? She said that?? Hard to believe.

And she said they are processing ead's before anything .. gee .. I don't see any ead approvals either .. .
 
Hey Silly!!!

The IIO looked like our Desi woman. She said more than a month to clear the backlog but 485 adjudications have started... So unofficially the freeze is over.

Damn it.. everyone says the freeze is over... I do not care about it... I want to see someone get approved.

Ihardly believe these IIO's as the last time I called 3 weeks ago they said that my case had been assigned to an officer. So INS is more like "BERMUDA TRIANGLE" or "ABHIMANYU CHAKRVYU" . Only gode knows what cooks over there..
