Anybody, who filed in Aug-05 or later still waiting for an I-129 approval (extension of stay) ? Wonder what dates the're are really processing now ...

HI,
New H1 RD: 11th August, Current Status: On November 28, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.

Docs submitted as suggested in dec 2nd week. But the status is same.

Currently they are processing Aug6th cases....so happy waiting
