VSC Processing Tmes - Are these True??

Just checked the latest processing times for VSC and for I140 it states
20th Sept 2004!! Is this for concurrent filing for I140/I485 or only I140?

I-140 only. We wish it was for concurrent filing.
 
I dont know on what basis does the USCIS post these dates? Does it mean that all the cases till Sept 20th have been processed, or they have processed atleast one case till that date.
I have a RD iof 3rd Sept and havent heard anything yet.
 
I believe they are now processing Apr-Oct 03 cases in another location. Usually processing center date means they have processed a few cases on that particular date, but off late I have seen even Oct/Dec 03 cases being approved also, there's quite a few cases before June 03 who are still not approved yet. If only we knew how USCIS works... :confused:

When you say Oct/Dec 03 cases are being approved, do they include EB2 category also? Why I am asking is that I am EB2, Jan'4 filer and I haven't seen any movement in EB2 dates since long time, whereas EB3 filers are getting approval in a jiffy.
Trying to cling onto the proverbial straw.....
