VSC Processing Time as of 10/01/2000

Vermont Service Center is processing I-485 applications received on 8/1/99 (Vermont Service Center Processing Times - Period ending August 31, 2000)- this is what is on attorny Sheela Murthy\'s web site says.

Is VSC processing time out for period ending 9/1/00 or 10/1/00?

Can anybody give any input?
