VSC processing for indian nationals (still waiting for FP...ND Jan 2000)

Hi:
I spoke to my Lawyer recently, -- a very reputable immigration firm in NYC..about FP processing etc..my case is as follows:

ND - Jan 2000, still waiting for FP..apparently for Indian nationals (and maybe for other over subsrcibed countries), the FP notices are being sent after case reviews..unlike say in TSC..where case reviews happen later..

The good news ..atleast according to my lawyer..is that although it is taking longer to get FP notices..apparently once you get the FP done..the cases get approved within 3 months...

Just hoped to bring some good cheer to those of us still waiting for FP\'s..

My ND is 10 Jan 00. I am also waiting for FP. What is your guess ? When can I receive FP Notice ?

dont want to mislead you in any way...i only asked my lawyer about my case..which is prior to mar 00...nevertheless..it appears that VSC might be following a generic rule for indian nationals...if they are infact still giving our mar00 and greater FP\'s, then it should be good news for you....

either way..please check your lawyer..
