VSC processing date went back to 31/12/2005

I had a suspicion mid Feb of 2006 was bull, but who knows if this is bull too. Maybe it will go further back next time. Nothing makes sense with these guys.

You are right. This is also bull. My guess is it should be Dec/1/2004 as the last lot of cases that got approved in a BULK were of Nov 2004.
