Do anyone konws whether VSC processes I-485 cases based on RD or ND?

My case: PD Sep 97,
              RD Aug 5, 99
        ND Aug 23, 99
        EB2-China.

Its not based on RD,ND,PD or FP.
It all depends on your fates.
May God give some wisdom to the folks working for INS.

I don\'t think that reply given to by another person is a joke. It is a fact. My RD 12/98. I recently got RFE a month ago. Before me, lot of people having RD 5/99 got approval. It is fate with INS there is no rules,
