VSC phone number?

Hi all:

Can anyone kindly tell me the phone number in VSC. Is it 802-527-4913? I called many times today.
But everytime I called and hold. My phone would be cut off in less than five minutes. Why this happened?
Is there another number I can call?

My case is RD 4/4/01, ND 5/4/01. Still waiting for FP notice. I want to ask VSC what was wrong with my case.

looks like the phone system isrestored now , was able to get through , did not talk to IIO
