VSC Oct / Nov Filers - Let us track AP

RD: Nov 11, ND: 12/06 AP Approved on 01/02 AP Recd on 01/12. Waiting for EAD still

I am seeing lot of people with MD in Dec or late november got their EAD. But around 12/06 ND I am seeing similar situation with others too, from what I see on this forum.

I guess we have to just wait...
 
INS Vermont is not sending the finger printing appt

My receipt date: July 26, 2001
Notice date: Sep 6, 2001.

I am not sure whether somebody went through the same problem like I do now. INS, Vermont encashed my "finger printing fee" check but did not credit it to my 485 application. Result: my 485 is not even getting processed. INS had sent us a "finger print fee missing" notice. My attorney sent a reply to INS with the copy of the encashed check(by INS), a new check for finger printing fee, just in case, INS wants the fee again. INS has returned that letter and the new check, but did not update the status of my application.

Whenever I try to contact some IIO at 802 527 4913, I could not get anybody on the line to explain the situation. Please help.

Any suggestion to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.
