I called 2 days ago and was told by a stern voice that they will not give me any information on the I-140 and only the employer can ask for info. He bluntly warned me not to call about the I-140 anymore.

USCIS has never given information to the alien regarding 140, only company/lawyer or their representative can call and enquire abt it.

I use to talk and get info about my I-140 when there was direct connection ( In the begining of 2003)
