VSC Jurisdiction Dependence

I just thought to ask this from you folks. What do you think ?

Does this delay your approval in any way if you do not reside in the area under VSC jurisdiction but your company does. That means you have to apply through VSC for 485 even if you are not living in the area under VSC.

no it does not

I know of several people who live outside VSC area and have applied for 485 thru VSC only because their company is based here. And they all have got their approvals without any additional delay....

BTW... I live in California and have applied 485 thru VSC...

Same case. I live in CA & applied at VSC

It depends mostly on the company location. don't worry, it should not casue any delay.
