I think I am also stuck in name check - don't know how or why? But my PD has been current for 3 months and have'nt gotten any LUD's or staus changes.
This name check has become a real nuinsance and an excuse for VSC. This never happened to so many of us, and that too particularily the cases being processed at VSC.
The once who are getting approved without getting stuck up in name check are lucky - I do not think that there is any criteria for some body getting stuck in name check - it's a pure matter of luck.
VSC is just lterally toying with our cases - There is another name for the "Name Check process" it's incompetency and laziness. I wish if something could be done about this.
