VSC is processing March 2000 cases

I just talked to a very nice INS officer. He told me that they are processing March 2000 case, and ND in OCT 2000 should be done within 6 months

I have seen none either for VSC ND APR 00

There is one post by QingMing that someone with 01/2001 ND got
approved - but - its most likely a typo - its probably 01/2000
case.
