VSC is crazy again!

As we have seen, VSC has approved a few May cases. While we are all happy for those lucky ones, April waiters are suffering from VSC\'s inability to process cases in the order of receipt. Maybe it\'s normal for a corrupt agency like INS, but it\'s really unfair to people who filed earlier.

I think VSC approves a few May cases so that in its montly processing time table, it can enter May 1. Piece of crap!
 
GCKool,While I understand your Frustration...

There are many officers processing cases and Some May cses have gone
in to the hands of a SuperFast officer.I am assuming you are a April
filer,so your turn is not far.
 
I totally understand your feeling ......

Me too am in similar boat ....well all we can do is feel good for those lcuky ones and hope we too will get lucky pretty soon. How about next week?.

I want to call an IIO but feel that it\'s not going to be helpful. Most likely I will get a standard answer "call back in a month..."
 
Hi GCKool

How about the guys waiting from December, January, February, don\'t you think they have to get approved before INS come to your case. While INS is skipping those cases, you are posting GO VSC GO because you thought you might be among the lucky ones to get approved, now you are whining.

Whats your PD ?

Mine is 06/98 and it took 18 months for I140 approval and a 6 month
wait to file I485 . So a total 24 months by the time i applied for
I140 and then went on for I485 . The Sad part is all eb3 dates were
current by the time i applied for I485 . Look at the other side of the
fence when people with PDs in 1997,1998 are still waiting .
 
My PD is 5/99. I think it\'s really unfair to you guys and to myself.

VSC is terrible. I waited for 9 months between I-140 approval and I-485 filing. I don\'t understand why it took you so long to get your I140 but I get the point.

There\'s a rumor that says VSC workers put all applications on some shelves and the officers just randomly took some off those shelves and process them. Some unlucky people just have to wait longer than others.
 
PD rules apply only for being eligible to apply for 485

My guess is when FP is done 485 is picked up and put in que for
processing. Do you think VSC will pick up each case as per RD
and wait for FPs for cases which are not yet cleared FP and then
only continue processing 485s for next month.
Its a bit of luck when PDs got current and when people were
ready to apply for 485. I too had to wait for nearly a year
after I-140 to apply for 485.

One thing Iam sure is after this all is done we all will
