Hi Folks,

I know by now tons of you have switched the beacon on the VSC I-485 for EB3 processing timings.

Just curious to know whether the Sept 23 2004 jump from Aug ?? 2004 means that OCT quota is ignored or what is happening.

Any insides about the working would certainely make me sleep well tonight :-)
