VSC I-485 stats for March 22, 2004 ND

I will be posting weekly stats of 140 and 485 cases which were received on March 22,2004.

Here is the latest update for 485 as of today noon - CDT.

FP % = 15% of total.

With this an unusually high number (i.e. 10% ) cases have been transferred. 73% are now in the received status. So they have touched 1/4th cases in 5 months. That may not be tood bad, but it is not too good either. Of course none is approved, so we are definitely away from the 90 day adjudication dream given by FO Memo.

I guess VSC should also focus on 485s the way they have started focussing on 140s. Lets see how things are at the end of September when they have to bring average time down to 20 months.
