My I-140 along with I-485 was filled using sub-labor on 6/29/2005 wirh PD 2-1-2001. I have received EAD and renewd one time since then.
My fingerprinting was also done and last LUD was on 03/30/2006 for I-485 staus it says "On August 27, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made"
I am puzzled over my stuck I-140. There is no LUD, no RFE, no rejection nothing for USCIS. It is just inactive since 07/21/2005. The status shows "Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on July 16, 2005. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.
I don't know what is going on? My employer called 3 times, I contacted congressman numerous times, Contacted Ombusman couple of time. Just nothing happened. So far we have yet to receive a single status update to our inquiry.
Does anyone have similar experience or clue what's going on? Please share your experience.
