VSC I-140 prema facie

Hi, I was browsing the "service center processing update" under the "from the agencies" link at the left panel of the immigration.com home page. I found such an item: "VSC review of concurrently filed I-140s" and have a couple of questions:

1, what does "concurrently filed" mean?

2, the document has no date. Does anyone know what time
frame this "frema facie" is applied?

1, what does "concurrently filed" mean?
----- It means that I140 was filed concurrently with I485.
