Finally, It's got approved. Please find my details below.

MD - Mailing Date - 05/13/2002
RD - Receipt Date - 05/15/2002
ND - Notice Date - 05/16/2002

AD - Approved Date - 10/15/2002

I am going to apply I-485 in few days.

advise please

I understand a few cases with I-140 RD after May 15, 2002 have been approved. My RD is also May 15, 2002 but still pending ..WHY ? is this normal or does this warrant on something ? PLEASE ADVISE.
 
INS works on cases in a range of dates and the cases are assigned to different officers. One officer may work fast some others not. I think you should get yours shortly. Give another two weeks time.

INS has really displayed some speed in last 2 weeks, yes my case (I-140) was also approed.
