VSC I-130 processing time for parents

Hello, Do anybody know why the I-130 processing in VSC for parents seems to stop at March 12, 2006? I checked their web site several months back, it said it was processing March 12, 2006, and now it is still processing March 12, 2006?
 
I got approval notice today

Thanks! You are absoulte right. Yesterday I was still anxious and desperate. But today I got approval notice for both my parents.

Receipt Date: 8/15/2006
Approval Notice Date: 1/24/2007 @ VSC
