VSC holidays - how many days?

Do we know how many days VSC is closed over the holiday period? Just curious.

My case is EB3. RFE was for employment letter, tax return, W-2 and paystubs for last 6 months.

The whole December is their holiday. Hope they can speed up in Janurary.

Normally I see quite a few approvals during December.

Closed only for Christmas and New Years

My RD is 12/26/2001, the day after Christmas so Ii assume they close for that day only. My ND is also like right after the New Year day (forgot exact date) for 2002.

So they seem to be following the Government Holiday calendar.

Unless I am mistaken, didn't you just file an RFE? Are your first fingerprints still valid?

I did just file RFE response about two weeks ago.
My fingerprints were valid until November (when the RFE was generated). I am hoping for approval before 2nd fp is necessary.
