VSC -- H1B -- Approval dates

Is there any one whose H1B is approved with this scenario, if so what is the approval date:

New processing,
Vermont Service Centre,
Change Of Status
Receipt date : May 19th

Dude..I am also a new applicant and the receipt date is May 11th. I am still waiting. There are others on this forum who have dates in April and they are still waiting as well. Does that help? USCIS is very INEFFICIENT.
