Did anyone come across this?
I filed my N400 on 2/1/07. So far, I have not received my FP notice. When I called, the first time I was told that it was scheduled for 2/28/07 but the notice was not sent and they'll have to reschedule that. The reason it was not sent is because they were waiting for my A-File. Then, they told me that A file is received but no FP appointment scheduled yet. Today, I got a letter from Newark center saying that the reason this is happening is because my background investigation has not been completed????
What is going on here? Anyone in the same shoe? What can I do? Thank you.
