VSC Expidite Response

I did initiate an expedite request on 4-11-05 RD of Aug 03.Did'nt get any response called the VSC few days later lady told me to refax the request after she looked in the system and didnot find my fax.I refaxed it and got a Fax response from VSC saying that after rewieing the request it did not meet the criteria for expedite .it further says that Your application is "right now with an officer of the center" but regrettably they can not predict when it will be decided.(too bad)

I know that there are others who initiated the expedite as well recently can you guys share your responses here.

I did that for my I140 and got the same response. For me it took 1.5 months for that case to be approved.
