VSC-EB3--I-485 declined--need suggestions

Hi,I have applied my labor from VSC EB3 - ND-08/24/2001-Status --approved, I-140 EAC XXXXXXXX42 ND - 02/11/2004--APPROVED ON nOV 06, 2001
I-485 EAC XXXXXXXX19 --ND 02/11/2004
finger printing notice for I-485 on 10/14/2004
finger prints given 11/08/2004, On 05/06/2005 I have contacted VSC, The officer said that my case has been declined on aug,2, 2004, he didnt tell any reason, how its possible ? I have received on finger priting ND on 10/14/2004, and he is mentioning that my case has been declined on aug, 2, 2004, I dont know what I have to do...but when I have contacted VSC last 2 months back they have sent me a letter my case has been in peding service consideration, now the officer was telling me that my case has been declined 9 months back, I have never received any latter from USCIS, nor they havent updated my case staus that my case has been decline, Please advice me what I have to do to clarify and what are the chances to keep my I-485 in active

Thanks for your reply, but the officer clearly said that my case has been denied, I asked him also how its possible that my FP notice mailed on 10/14/2004, and I gave my finger printing on Nov 8, and the LUD has been updated also, that my finger prints are done, looks like he gave me some wrong message, today I have called up VSC, they have said my case is still in pending service consideration. I got confused, I dont know which one to trust, I wanted to follow up with my attorney.
give me suggestions.

Call them another time talk again. You may get different answer.

hopefully, it is still pending and not declined. When a case is declined, why would they hold the decision this long. Doesnot sound logical.
 
Its the same experience calling the telephone company, you call several times and each time you get different answer.

Well, hopefully you should get it approved soon. I seriously doubt that your case is denied.
