VSC EB2 msg changed to ref sent on 6/22

VSC EB2 rd 1/4/99, nd 1/24/99 fp 6/99 India.
The message has changed to \'Additional info or evidence has been requested\'
on 6/22.
Can any of you tell me to whom it will be mailed-- me or attorney?
If i call the iio, will they tell me about what additional info they have requested?

Three days ago the automated message for I-485 changed into "RFE sent out". Our lawyer recieved the note today. They are asking for G-325 update (biography form update, since we moved twice during the processing) and employment letter.

Our details:
VSC I-485 country other; RD: 11/98; ND: 12/98; FP: 6/99; RFE sent on 6/19.

It is obvious that VSC is processing by FP date.

I am not sure if they are processing by FP. My details RD 07/99, ND 08/99, EB2, NIW, FP done 06/16/00, automated message says RFE sent on 6/19. Yet to receive the notice.

Can one reasonably assume that if there are any RFEs to be sent prior to your RD i.e. 7/99 they\'ve already been sent out? I am only asking because VSC seems to be processing in approximately (at least) order of RD unlike other SCs.
