Filed I485 under EB1 , ND 23rd June \'99 (EAC-99-202-54xxx)
Company acquired (name/taxid changed) 2 weeks later
Filed for NIW in Nov. \'99, approved in July \'00 (no RFE)
I-485 RFE\'ed on Aug. 25 (3 years\' taxes, 3 months pay-stubs, empl. letter, no G-325 asked)
RFE Response sent, Asked them to substitute my O.R. I-140 with self-petitioned NIW I-140
RFE response received by VSC Oct. 10th.
Case was assigned to no one for 2 months.
A humane IIO \'did something\' on Nov. 27th.
485 approved on Dec. 9th (no 2nd RFE)
Courtesy notice arrived Dec. 15th

Yes, the message changed. Funny thing is that my older message
kept saying \'On Aug. 25th RFE was sent.....\'. There was no acknowloedge
-ment of the receipt of the RFE. Approval was on Dec. 9th, & I dont know
when the message changed.
