After waiting 1 month for the new processing dates, looks like it was a washout. The EB-1 OR (I-140) dates at VSC didnt move a single day. Is this the case or there have been approvals for dates later than Nov 2002.? Why VSC is so slow on this category of all?
Some people got approved with ND after 11-2002. But untill recently INS processing dates for OR applicants where correct - almost none of the applications were approved beyond the processing date.
INS just stops adjudicating OR category completely from time to time. The current INS trend is to get all processing dates for non-labor based cases to be the same as I485 processing date.
