VSC-EAD renewal -fingerprint required?

Hi My 485 is pending at VSC and I would like to renew my EAD. Do I need my fingerprint on the Form 1-765 card or do I just need to sign and send it?

And if I need fingerprint, then is it for the left or right thumb? Any help would be really appreciated.
