Guys,
I see so many relatively new filers(2004) getting approvals of I-140s, and we people who
filed in 2003 are still lying there helplessly. Moreover, after replying to RFE, we except
some priority in terms of approval/rejection, but i don't see that either. It's really
hard to guess a pattern here, except to hang in there for you LUCKY day.

received response by USCIS on 11/4/2004, since then no LUD change
