To The Honorable members of Vermont Service Center,
Please do something for 140 applications filed in 2003. There are thousands of such I-140 EB3 applications pending while the dates have been advanced to Feb 2004. Ask yourself if it does justice to the applicants?
No clear picture on how Ohata memo is being applied. Non-concurrent cases (485 filed 3 weeks after 140) are pending, while some concurrent filed cases have got 140 approved.
At least, please clarify what you are doing.
