VSC: Delay in EAD approvals? - share your stories

Gurus...

I applied my EAD&AP application in VSC and notice date is 11/15/04. I have seen LUD changes for all applications on 11/22 and 11/23. After that there is no update. I'm seeing approvals for many people applied after 11/15. What is happening to my case...? why my case is still pending?

Is any one in similar situation - applied Nov 1st week and waiting for EAD approval? Please share your info..

Hey,

I don't know why you get so tensed. Cool down. It is only one month since you've applied for your EAD. Are you so desparate to use your EAD. People are waiting for so long and yours is only one month. Take it easy, relax and enjoy your life.

Nobody can give you an exact answer why USCIS is not processing your case. There is no pattern for them to process all these apps. People who applied in September/October are still waiting. Be patient and you'll have your day. It may come in the mail one day even without a change in the status message.

I'm not trying to discourage you, but don't lose your patience. You'll have it soon.

Thanks for your support and encouragement, I'm not in real need to use EAD now but I'm tensed because USCIS touched the case for two days after notice date and left it without any action.
