VSC dates not moving

why is the VSC processing date for EB1-OR not moving forward. EA-NIW has May 05 processing date compared to Feb 05 for EB1-OR. Any clue why?

Also looking at some other threads, some people who applied before Feb 05 got approved! Is this FIFO based?

I got a I797C for case type I485 yday Aug 26th.
My employer got the Receipt for I140 also Yday Aug 26th
