VSC current I-140 processing time

VSC is processing 02/25/2002 per the spokeperson I spoke to this morning ar 10:00AM.

O' my God.....when will we get to May 23, 2002???

How come they approved i-140's which were applied in april/may
(saw few posts in this forum). you said according INS, they are processing with feb cases ??. I guess they are processing randomley.

RFE received by INS on 07/19
AD - ??????????????

EAD/AP/485 ND - 08/22
EAD AD - 10/30
fingerprinting - 10/17

I don't know whether my i-140 will be approved or not, mine is substitute lab. :confused:

It is taking forever to get I-140.

I don't know what you mean. Unitl few months back everybody on this forum was there. There are hundreds of people listed there and it is so much better than this forum for tracking purposes.

I gess I was lucky. I140 approved in 80 days with concurrent filing at vsc

RFE 11/7/02
