I starting calling VSC this morning at 7:55 AM, got thru at 8:10, when
I hit 0 to speak to IIO, I get following msg:
"We regret the incovinience we are temporarily closed due to an emergency, please
call later, our normal hours are ...."
Anybody has an idea of what\'s going on ?
