VSC :AVM says card ordered on nov 10 . does it change to card mailed ??? when can i expect the card

Typically 2-3 weeks after "Card ordered". This is the last message you will hear. The message does not change to "Card Mailed".

I agree with dan dan, mine was ordered Oct.26, I received the card last Nov.21 and the message did
not changed to card mailed.
