For the past 2 days when i call the AVM,
first it says press 1 to english --that works fine.
next it says if u have a case no prese 1 to check on the status.
in this step if i press 1 it does\'t respond.
after that when i enter the eac no it says wrong digits are entered.
do any one faced this type of problem??
it is great if someone who checked the AVM recently can help me .
