I have been trying to check the status of my case for the last couple of days.unfortunately whenever i get the line it says " the person is not answering the phone please try later.
I too saw similar thing happening. Whenever I call and get through I get the continuous ring and never get to the AVM. Dont know what is happening at VSC.
I think what they are trying to do is make the AVM a true reflection of VSC. Sometimes it keeps ringing till you get cut off. Sometimes when you are about to hang up u get connected followed by a long silence. They keep u guessing till you actually hear the information you called up for. Kind of like the Green Card process. This is one more step taken by VSC to make our live\'s more exciting!!
