VSC Autosystem cann\'t find my case?

I received the Notice of Action in early jan. When I called the automated system to check out my application status (I know its too early, but just curious), after I entered the receipt number (or case number), the system says it couldnt locate the case with that number. So can anyone tell me whether they forgot to enter my case into the system or they simply put it aside for the meantime and look at it (months) later?

You can call again and talk to a live person - they will correct the mistake. Or you can do nothing and wait until they send you a decision by mail.

Either way will work, but, of course, you will feel more comfortable being able to call and hear the sweet words that... it is still processing. :o))
