My GC case has finished. It took 3 years. RD and ND is Nov. 98. INS sent REF on 5/26, I sent additional information to INS 6/5,INS approved me and all my family members on 6/14, got approval notice on 6/21, passport stamped on 6/23. Thanks Mr. Rajiv S. Khanna and everyone. I got a lot of helpful information from discussion broad.
