My 485 petition was approved last week and I had posted all of my info here. I called up VSC today and spoke to an IIO about my spouse and kids and was told that RFEs have been sent to them!!! I do not understand this. Can someone please share any experience of this kind that you might have had? For those of you who got approved recently, it may not be a bad idea to check on the ststua of the 485 petitions of your family too.....
