My receipt for Advance Parole shows 30-60days for processing at VSC. i filed at the end of Septemember 2003.After 60 days, Can I get Advance parole from Local InS office(Boston), as i am travelling abroad in January.

here is my details,

ND.= JANUARY-2003
FP.= MARCH-2003 (done in april 2003)
EAD.= JUNE-2003
1st AP= ND:SEP.24th.2003 (NOT APPROVED YET....)
