VSC 98 waiters, please response, VSC 99s, please take a look too

I have 12/98 RD, and still waiting. I have seen a lot of approvals with RD up to 3/99. I was wondering if I am the only one left on 98. I am Chinese, is there a lot of Chinese got approved with 99 RD?

You are not the only 98 one but there are probably very few 98 cases
left. You ought to get it soon unless of course if there is
a problem with your case.

My detail PD 12/95 EB-2 China RD 11/27/98, ND 12/2/98, FP 5/99. On 6/23/00 VSC send RFE (employment letter and updated G-325A form). RFE received by lawyer on 6/26/00, response send yesterday.
VSC issued a lot of RFE for late 98 filer. I am sure there are still lot of 98 waiters.

Thanks, please tell us when you get your approval. I think it will be soon. By the way, do you think calling VSC IIO will do any help? since I see your last post is calling VSC on 6/23, and they issued RFE the same day.

I can\'t say. He first said that my case is being processed and then told me that might be an Notice of Action (RFE in our term) on it. Maybe my calling trigger the RFE.
