VSC 485 Approved (both primary and dep.) - RD 07/02/99, ND 07/27/99, PD 02/98: According to the message last night. Thanks to the board for the all information during tough times. One observation: message changes as and when the application is approved. I checked at 2pm - not approved , checked at 3pm and its approved. Good luck to all.

A little clarification? You said that you checked the message at midnight. Again you said that you check the messge at 2pm and again at 3 pm. Is it 2am /3 am??
