Why is it that VSC is moving ahead and CSC is stand-still???

You guys have short memories
All service centers were halted. They are now all returning to
the status they had before the halt which if you remember was
VSC moving at a steady clip, CSC doing nothing. As you may
remember CSC had been doing nothing for at least two months
before the halt.
That is if you consider the start of the halt to be when ALL
service centers started doing nothing.
The problem at the CSC is that once you get used to doing
nothing ....man it's soooooooooooooo hard to break that habit.

Either we have a short memory, and INS takes too frickin' long.
I am sorry, but I don't remember about a frickin' peice of paper I had filed when I was a young boy. My memory has started getting weak in old age y'know. My 485 picture probably shows me dressed in long tail coats standing next to william shakespeare, and my my who'se that elegant lady right by me .. hmm .. .
